Amazing place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. I remember how the staff helped me with printing during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Modest and fairly quiet room with a balcony, the bedroom, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. A wide range of fine food at breakfast time. Great and absolutely perfect location to the airport for 30 dirhams, Moroccan style building...

Close proximity to City Tour bus stop, affordable price, rooftop terrace offering street views
The air conditioning barely works on hot summer days!!! Rooms need a serious deep clean to eliminate odors and stains!!! Management should consider updating the dated and dilapidated furniture for a fresher impression!!!

The waiters in the hotel restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. If you like to drink beer, the local beer was 200Mad a bottle which is much cheaper than most places. The location was very close to many things including the train station and bus station. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and there was plenty of hot water that had good water pressure.
I found the woman that works in the hotel quite unfriendly and not very helpful. The breakfast is possibly the poorest that I have ever had in any hotel in the world. It wasnt a buffet breakfast. Each person was given a pot of coffee or tea with enough for 2 cups, a mini french stick, a pain au chocolate, 2 small butters, a cheese triangle and a small jam. It was not possible to change any of this at all as I tried to swap my 2 butters and jam (which I don't eat) for one more cheese triangle and this was not possible :). The hotel was quite tired looking as most hotels within this price range in Marrakech are. If you like watching tv in your room the tv is portable sized.

perfectly positioned for landmarks and leisurely strolls
during my stay, I really enjoyed the great value for money and the daily cleaned room, made me feel right at home while being just a few steps away from the beautiful Jardin Harti, perfect for a relaxing walk in the park after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakesh.

Air conditioning room, even though it's in a bussy road we stayed in a back room which didn't have a view but it was very quite. Value for money for those travelling on budget.
No english channels.

Excellent hotel with decent staff, near nightclubs and restaurants. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a tranquil park. Good and fab food for breakfast.

I loved enjoying my mornings with fresh coffee and taking in the lively street view from my balcony. The hotel also has a nice rooftop terrace for unwinding after a day out and about. My only issue was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, it was a cozy spot! 😊

Location is perfect, just in the town centre! You can take the bus from airport and it's stops next to the hotel, the only reason I choose this hotel. The women who works in the restaurant is so lovely, the only person in whole hotel is polite and friendly.
I was impressed first time when we stayed in this hotel few months ago, but this time they made me almost cry. The reason why I have booked this hotel was a double bed,(and location) I even mentioned in my special request. So when I arrived there wasn't any rooms left with double bed and receptionist, when I told him that I am not happy about my bed, he start shouting on me that he can't do anything about it. So very disappointing. Never ever again! Plus hotel charged me more than it was on the website.

Well, it was a lovely stay of our holiday. Its location at walking distance from Mosque was exceptionally nice. Shopping centers and a supermarket were right next door.
